MEDIA999自2003年起为思科系统（中国）有限公司构建并维护其门户网站及内部网站，借助互联网络与其合作伙伴、终端用户沟通，建立并稳固其品牌形象，传递核心品牌理念、产品（解决方案）信息。

服务范围包括：网站发展规划、网站IA架构策划、创意设计、内容维护、技术实施、运营维护。（网络）市场活动策划、实施。

用到的技术：Media999 i-Logic CMS系统 ; W3C标准建站、SEO技术、RSS、工作流程管理平台

Primary goal of Cisco.com

1. Build up Cisco Brand, and Solution awareness
2. Providing local content service to Cisco user/partner/media
3. Comminucation platfrom between Cisco and Cisco User/Parnter
4. Provide Online suppor to Marketing/Sales campaign and programs
5. Enthance the function of demand generation, help generate leads directly by website.
6. Provide friendly User experience, improve customer satisfaction rate

Scope of Service

1. Build up and maintains the web site maintains process, help to manage and make sure the smooth of website updates. Provide efficient working module with our agency, set up working process from request submit, page edit and design, page production, Q&A, to final deployment to make our work efficiency, accuracy, and happy.
2. Provide regular IA audit report, monthly web traffic report, campaign based program report . Analysis the data and provide website optimize suggestion.
3. Build up and keep the Cisco.com working guideline, Provide good online document management:  optimize and update Cisco website production guideline like IA, CCEWP, SEO, CSS, sitemap, landing page guideline, etc. finalize request form of regular update production and campaign base production.
4. Provide general daily site maintenance: data sheet and news letter production (mainly HTML), spotlight & banner generation, etc.
5. Provide support on campaign based project: will work with our marketing campaign agency to do landing page and EOT pages design and production, running campaign traffic report to marketing owners. Make sure the campaign sites are consistent with Cisco online Guideline (IA, I-Board, SEO, etc)
6. Requirement to service response time:  We define three kinds of priority to all update request, they are low, middle, high.
